Frame
I am thin, lanky and slender with prominent joints and thin muscles.
I have a medium, symmetrical build with good muscle development.
I have a large, round or stocky build. My frame is broad, stout or thick.
Weight
Low; I may forget to eat or have a tendency to lose weight.
Moderate; it is easy for me to gain or lose weight if I put my mind to it.
Heavy; I gain weight easily and have difficulty losing it.
Eyes
My eyes are small and active.
I have a penetrating gaze.
I have large pleasant eyes.
Complexion
My skin is dry, rough or thin.
My skin is often flushed, reddish in color and prone to irritation.
My skin is thick, moist and smooth.
Hair
My hair is dry, brittle or frizzy.
My hair is fine with a tendency towards early thinning or graying.
I have abundant, thick and oily hair.
Joints
My joints are thin and prominent and have a tendency to crack.
My joints are loose and flexible.

Sleep Pattern
I am a light sleeper with a tendency to awaken easily.

Interpreting Your Results

Section One -- Your Basic Nature

Section One is an inquiry into the proportion of each of the three principles -- Air, Fire and Earth -- within your unique mind body constitution. Your score in this section reflects your basic nature. These characteristics tend to change very slowly over your lifetime.

The principle that received the highest number of checks in Section One is the most predominent force in your overall body make-up. The principle that received the second highest number of checks is the secondary force in your constitution. The lowest scoring principle, while still an active force in your mind body physiology, is the least dominant in your particular constitution.

Section Two -- A Question of Balance

Section Two provides a snapshot of your current mind body state. The mind body principle that scores the highest number of points is the one requiring the most attention at this time. A score of 30 points or higher in any section also indicated the potential need for balancing.
